Training Resources If you are in the North Alabama/South Tennessee area, NASDA training can be an important resource if you are interested in search and rescue work. We recommend looking for a reputable team in your area if you are interested in working a search dog. Check the links below for two great resources for locating teams. The following is a list of books and web resources related to training a search dog. Most of the books are available by special order from many local book stores or from the NASAR web site (see link below). The web site links on this page are related to training a search and rescue dog, as well as additional resource areas. Some of the listed organizations/businesses offer periodic classes and seminars.
